Start Date & Duration: September 15, 2026, ongoing

Reason for Coverage:Maternity leave and need for additional FTE

Schedule & Scope

Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday (or Mon-Thursday) 8A-4PM

OR Schedule: 2 days/week

ER Call Coverage:Yes Type:Home call with call back

Patient Volume: Clinic: 15-20 OR: 5-10/day

Patient Mix: Adult and Pediatric (30/70)

Case Types: General ENT (tubes, tonsils, septo; H&N if desired eg thyroid, parotid, parathyroid); Call does include facial trauma. Current ENT does mandibles and this would be preferred but if unable there is OMFS on site who can handle

EMR: EPIC

Rates & Compensation

Clinic/OR Rate: $2,225 up to 8 hr clinic day

Weeknight Pager fee: $225 (Monday through Thursday 4PM to 8AM)

Weekend Call Rate: $2,125/24 hrs with 2 hrs gratis

Callback/overtime Rate:$275/hr

Travel, Lodging & Malpractice Covered: Yes

Requirements

Board Status:BC/BE

License: Will License; IMLC/MT preferred given urgency

Certifications:BLS
